EU COUNTRIES SHIPPING

Free shipping to … for orders over 1000 EUR. For orders under 1000 EUR delivery cost depends on weight and size. If you want to check shipping cost for an item add it on your basket and proceed to check out. Before finishing you will see the delivery cost to your destination. No additional and customs taxes are payable on delivery.

UK, SWITZERLAND, NORWAY and LICHTENSTEIN SHIPPING

Before finishing you will see the delivery cost to your destination. Any additional and customs taxes are payable on delivery. We can not provide information about the amount of these charges.

USA, CANADA AND NOT LISTED COUNTRIES

If you can not find your country in the drop down menu at check out, please contact our customer service at hello@tangann.com for details of the shipping. Small items, that can fit in smaller boxes up to a certain size can be shipped and encounter no issues going through customs. Big items such as sofas, tables or anything that may need to be palletised and shipped by sea is considered as an import or export. To export the shipment we need: name, tax payer ID, EIN number and CBO form at the customs.

SHIPPING METHOD

Standard delivery is 3-7 business days for Europe countries by DHL. Shipping service doesn’t include unpacking and assembly. Delivery take place on the street. All deliveries are shipped from our warehouse and are well packed with protective materials. When the package is on its way we will inform you be e-mail. Please, contact us at hello@tangann.com if you can not find your country in the drop down list at check out.

TERMS OF DELIVERY

After your order is dispatched you will receive an email with the details of the delivery. Please keep on eye on the tracking link at couriers website.

Signature is required upon delivery. If you are not at home at the time of delivery, you will be left a note to pick up your package or call the courier to re-schedule the delivery in a suitable time.

You must report any incidents on the driver’s delivery note if you notice signs of damage to your package or if you see any of the following: the pallets or boxes are standing upright, the products are visible - package is damaged, visible signs of pressure or cracks of the package. If you accept a damaged delivery and do not leave an incident report on the delivery note you may not be eligible for a refund if your products are damaged.

Once you have received your products, please check for missing or damaged products. If you noticed problems please contact our customers service within 3 days of receiving the order.

CLAIMS

If you receive a wrong, damaged or defective products, please contact us by email within 3 days of delivery. Send your name, order number and clear photos of the products, packaging and shipping box. We will contact you for exchange or return as soon as possible.
